Even though I thought I ate healthy and exercise regularly, I felt tired all the time and could not get a restful night’s sleep. My thoughts were scrambled and I felt mentally foggy. I was not able to perform mentally to my capacity. I also gad frequent and recurring anxiety and mood swings. I was easily triggered to irritation and had frequent headaches with light and noise sensitivity. After 5 weeks my anxiety is gone, my mood has stabilized; I feel mentally clearer, sharper and have more motivation. Over the past 5 weeks I feel like my thoughts have slowly been coming back into focus. I have more energy and regularly get a restful night’s sleep. I no longer have the bloating around my waist and have not had a headache in several weeks.
